    The Torah Portion of TETZAVEH (תְּצַוֶּה‎‎—Hebrew for “command,” the second word of the parashah) is the 20th weekly Torah portion (פָּרָשָׁה‎, parashah) in the annual Jewish cycle of Torah reading and the eight in the Book of Shemot (Exodus).[1]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tetzaveh

    Exodus 27:20–30:10

    Aliyot:

    3. Exodus 28:31-43
    4. Exodus 29:1-18
    5. Exodus 29:19-37
    6. Exodus 29:38-46
    7. Exodus 30:1-10

    Haftarah:
    I Samuel 15:1-34

    This parashah contains the detailed instructions from God on kindling the eternal light of the menorah, the description of the garments for the priests (kohanim) and high priest (kohen gadol), the consecration ceremony for the priesthood. The description of the incense altar as well as using the prescribed incense mixture is also given.
