When we sin by breaking a mitsvot, it causes us to turn away from God and creates a rift in our relationship with him. But God in his abundant kindness has made a path for anyone to repair that relationship, return to God at anytime, and return to the path of righteousness. While Teshuvah is not a requirement for Noahides, it can be beneficial to understand it if only to correct any of our previous misconceptions.
